My package is lost or arrived damagedUpdated 4 days ago
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of receiving it. Make sure to include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If your tracking shows as “delivered” but you haven’t received your parcel, try the following:
- Double-check that the delivery address on your order is correct.
- Ask your neighbors or local delivery office in case it was accepted on your behalf.
- Wait up to 48 hours - couriers sometimes mark packages as delivered before they actually arrive.
If your parcel still hasn’t turned up after that, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. Please note that Minga London cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or tampered packages once delivery has been confirmed.
