If your tracking shows that your order is being returned to sender, this usually means the carrier was unable to complete the delivery or the parcel wasn’t collected in time.
Once the parcel arrives back at our warehouse, we’ll automatically process your refund to your original payment method.
Please note:
Refunds can take up to 14 business days after the parcel is received at our warehouse
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
We’re unable to resend the same parcel while it’s being returned
You can continue tracking your parcel using your tracking link until it reaches our warehouse.
