Once an order is placed, cancellations are generally not possible. Our team moves quickly to get your items packed and shipped. If you contact us right away, we’ll do our best to help, but once your order has been processed, we’re unable to make any changes.

If your order has already shipped and you need to update the delivery address, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number.

Please note that if a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, non-collection, or refusal, shipping and return costs will be deducted from your refund.
